Recruitment Position: International Freight Forwarding Manager

II. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for market development and customer maintenance in international freight business, mainly engaged in import and export logistics business such as air freight, full container sea freight, and less-than-container sea freight; proactively tap new customer resources, maintain existing customer relationships, continuously promote secondary business development, and expand business volume.
- Promote the company's advantageous route resources, develop import and export orders from domestic and overseas customers, maintain and connect with overseas agents and direct customers, build and improve the overseas agent cooperation network, and expand overseas business channels.
- Regularly connect with customers, maintain efficient and stable communication, deeply explore customers' real logistics needs, and customize matching cross-border logistics solutions according to customers' cargo types, transportation timeliness, destinations, etc., establishing long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
- Follow up on the entire business process, promptly synchronize transportation updates and feed back various business information, and properly handle various issues during the business process; according to the company's business goals, complete quantified work tasks such as business development and customer maintenance.
- Follow up on the early-stage inquiry, solution quotation, space confirmation, and document coordination for business orders, and collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure the smooth shipment of goods and stable transportation for customers' cargo.
III. Job Requirements
- College degree or above, proficient in using computers and skilled in Office software; majors related to logistics, international trade, business English, etc. are preferred.
- Possess 1-2 years of work experience in sea freight, air freight, or railway freight forwarding related positions, and those with stable customer resources are preferred.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, bear hardships and stand hard work, and be able to withstand the normal work pressure of the industry; love sales work, have a strong sense of goals and enterprising spirit, and possess customer development, customer relationship maintenance, and self-marketing abilities.
- Excellent communication and expression skills and cross-party coordination ability, able to connect with multiple parties such as domestic and overseas customers, shipping companies, and overseas agents, and properly communicate and coordinate business-related matters.
